Since returning to work, I sometimes work from home and either I already have leftovers or I cook something quick. This Salmon and Leek Pasta recipe is therefore part of one of those recipes that you can make quickly but which you will enjoy!
For this recipe, I used smoked salmon but you can also use fresh salmon, it will also be very good.
At the end, I added a little freshly grated parmesan but this remains optional, it’s up to your liking. Besides, speaking of grating, I wanted to share with you my new favorite kitchen utensil, it is my Microplane Zester.
It’s really the accessory that I no longer do without, whether for grating cheese or nutmeg, making citrus zest or chocolate shavings on a dessert, etc. No more shabby graters, make way for efficiency! 😉
