Have you ever tried oven-roasted Camembert cheese recipe? Have you ever tried it at home? This is one of my favorite recipes for melted cheese and it can be eaten in any season, whether in winter after a small bowl of soup, or in summer with a nice mixed salad for example.
To make this recipe, I really advise you to use a raw milk camembert, it will be even better. You will see that I put you several options to realize this melted camembert with a very simple base with pepper that you can taste like this. But depending on the season, I like to vary the pleasures and add other ingredients, like dried fruits, nuts, herbs, etc.

What ingredients do you need to make this easy oven roasted Camembert recipe?
- Camembert cheese (raw milk)
- good freshly ground pepper

Oven-Roasted Camembert Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 Camembert cheese
- good quality ground pepper
IDEAS FOR TOPPINGS TO CHOOSE FROM
- cranberries, maple syrup, rosemary
- raisins, honey, nuts
- thyme, garlic, sunflower seeds
- apple and hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Remove the Camembert from its paper and place the cheese on a piece of parchment paper and put it back in its box without the lid.
- With a knife, make striations on the camembert. Season with pepper.You can also add other toppings as indicated in the ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve right out of the oven, while the cheese is still warm, with slices of good bread.
