I love this recipe for sautéed Garlic and Parsley Shrimp because it’s quick and easy to prepare and can be served as an appetizer or entrée with a salad or as a main course with pasta or rice, for example.
It can also be eaten hot or cold, which makes it very flexible! I don’t cook shrimp very often, but with the arrival of the warm weather, it’s a dish I really enjoy.
Plus, you don’t need many ingredients to make this recipe. I added lemon for example, but that’s totally optional. I like the little touch of acidity it brings. And if you’re tempted, you can add some grapefruit segments or diced avocado.
So, do you like this recipe? How would you like to eat it?
