Chicken pasta with creamy chorizo sauce

Today, I’m sharing a pasta dish that’s as simple as it is comforting: chicken pasta with a creamy chorizo and tomato sauce, bursting with flavor. It’s the kind of recipe that’s easy to prepare during the week or on the weekend, sure to please everyone, and always a hit at the table.
I chose to add cherry tomatoes for a touch of freshness, but depending on the season, you can easily substitute them with chopped tomatoes… or even do without them! That’s what I love about this dish: it lends itself to all sorts of variations: diced zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, or any other vegetable you have on hand—they all work perfectly together.
And of course, a generous handful of grated cheese at the end of the meal will make all the difference: Parmesan, pecorino, feta, or, to stay in the Spanish spirit, a delicious Manchego cheese-it’s absolutely perfect!
Chicken pasta with creamy chorizo sauce


Ingredients you will need to cook this chorizo pasta recipe:
- Pasta of your choice (fresh, dry, homemade)
- One finely chopped onion
- One pressed garlic clove
- Chorizo or ‘nduja sausage, cut into small pieces
- Fresh cream
- A sprig of cherry tomatoes when it is the season
- Salt and pepper
- Grated cheese (of your choice: feta, Parmesan, Pecorino, Manchego, etc.)

Ingredients
- 380 g dry pasta of your choice
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 150 g chorizo cut into small pieces
- 1 stalk cherry tomatoes
- 20 cl single cream
- Salt and pepper
- 40 g cheese (feta, parmesan, pecorino, manchego, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook your pasta in a large volume of salted water (count 1 liter for 100g of pasta).380 g dry pasta
