Tuna Tomato Mustard Tart recipe

This tuna tomato mustard tart is a savory pie I make very often, but I haven’t yet shared it with you. In winter, when I really feel like it, I still make it, but I replace the fresh tomatoes with chopped tomatoes.
We often see tuna and tomato or tomato and mustard tarts, but I love the balance of the three: the strength of the tuna, the sweetness of the tomato, and the zest of the mustard!
Served with a nice salad, this tuna, tomato, and mustard tart is delicious. It can be served warm, straight from the oven, but it’s also delicious cold for a picnic or as an aperitif.
When I look at these photos again, the color of the tomatoes makes my mouth water and makes me want to make some again quickly, especially since the markets are full of beautiful tomatoes… And if I really want this kind of recipe in the middle of winter, then I use crushed tomatoes which I devour quickly.

Quels sont les ingrédients dont vous aurez besoin pour réaliser cette recette de Tarte au thon ?
- A pie crust: You can obviously use store-bought pastry or a recipe of your choice, but even if you’re short on time, I strongly encourage you to try my quick and easy recipe for a pie crust without butter or eggs. You’ll be amazed by its simplicity and crispness. I think 99%, if not 100%, of the people who have tried it are convinced,
- Beef heart tomatoes, because they have a beautiful flesh and release little water,
- Flaked tuna,
- Mustard of your choice. I like to mix classic mustard with a little wholegrain mustard,
- Grated cheese of your choice (mozzarella, feta, cheddar, etc.),
- Salt and pepper,
- Couscous. This is optional, but I usually add a tablespoon under my tomatoes. You can’t taste it, but it helps absorb the water from the tomatoes.
