I got this Chickpea Salad with Cumin and Lemon recipe from my mother and the good thing is that you can eat it in all seasons. In fact, even my 3 year old loves it.
I love chickpea salads, I have already shared several with you. This time, it’s really a super simple and quick recipe, ready in less than 5 minutes, that I’m offering you.
Personally, I like it when there is a lot of cumin but I advise you to experiment in order to measure it according to your taste. You can also add some variations, like a spoonful of tahini (sesame puree).
The next day I had some left over so I roasted them in the oven and served them with pumpkin soup, it was really, really good. Here are 2 recipes in 1! And if you even want a third, you can serve it on avocado toast! 😉
