For those who follow me on Instagram, you must have seen that I went to Emmaüs to find some old kitchen utensils. This old saucepan and these completely dilapidated cutlery come from this little escapade and I use to present this good Lebanese Tabbouleh recipe.
I’ve been wanting to make a Lebanese tabbouleh recipe for a long time because I eat it from time to time, but only in restaurants. When I saw a nice bunch of flat-leaf parsley at the market, it really made me want it. The result is super fresh and super easy to make. I will happily try the experience again, accompanied by other good mezzés…
Concerning the quantities, they will be perfect as starters for 4, but if you want to make a salad as a main course, then the quantities indicated will only be suitable for 2 people.
