Do you know the mocktail? In fact, it is a non-alcoholic cocktail. So when I came across this version of the Mango Ginger and Lime Mocktail on the 3 times a day site, I immediately wanted to try it.
And yes, I live my few months without alcohol so I continue to vary my drinks to change a little from plain water… 😉 Next year, I will add a small drop of rum…; -)
For the mango, I bought a fresh, ripe one which I then cut into small pieces and placed in the freezer. This allowed me to have a fruit full of juice and taste.
Mango Ginger and Lime Mocktail Recipe
To prepare this mocktail, I used my awesome KitchenAid blender using the smoothie mode to thoroughly blend all the ingredients.
This mode gradually increases in speed and is suitable for ice cubes or frozen fruits, such as the mango in this recipe. I thus obtained a very creamy fruit puree which mixes well with sparkling water.
