As you may have already noticed, I’m a big fan of easy, accessible cooking. I’m not saying I don’t like to try a few more elaborate recipes from time to time, but generally, what I share is largely accessible. These smoked salmon rillettes are a perfect example! Quick, simple, but delicious.
It’s a recipe that can be made year round and one that I also like to make with smoked trout from the Vercors since it’s right next door to us.
I don’t know about you, but for the holidays and especially for the 24th, I love having lots of appetizers to enjoy. But sometimes having a multitude of appetizers can be time consuming.
That’s why these salmon rillettes will be perfect because, basically, to simplify the recipe, you put all the ingredients in a small blender, blend it all together for a few seconds, and voila! All you have to do is spread it on bread, pretzels or blinis…
