Creamy Ground Beef Pasta Recipe
Creamy Ground Beef Pasta, a quick and simple recipe with regressive flavors. This magical combination has allowed me to save more than one meal, especially on some Wednesdays when I don’t have time and I just want to treat myself without being able to spend hours in the kitchen.
I had tried this combination before, in tacos and we liked it so much that it made me want to try it in pasta. The result is really great!
Creamy Ground Beef Pasta Recipe
What I like about this pasta recipe:
- it only requires 4 ingredients: pasta, ground beef, Boursin and shallot + seasoning
- In less than 30 minutes, you get a dish that combines everything we love: creamy flavors, melting textures and a touch of irresistible indulgence.
- but what makes this dish truly special is its regressive and gourmet side. The sweetness of the Boursin that coats the pasta instantly takes me back to my childhood memories, those simple times when a good pasta dish was enough to make everything better.
Try this recipe, and I’m sure it will quickly become a staple in your home, especially if you also have children (big or small) at home. Because after all, what’s better than a quick, simple and tasty dish to satisfy all your desires?
ingredients you will need to make this pasta dish:
- 400 g of dry pasta but if you wish, you can also make your own fresh homemade pasta (250 to 300 g will be enough)
- 350 g ground beef
- 1 or 2 finely chopped shallots
- 150g Boursin (fresh cheese with garlic and herbs)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

I like this recipe as is, but if you wish, you can add vegetables depending on the season, for example steamed broccoli florets, cherry or dried tomatoes, fresh baby spinach, etc.

Ingredients
- 400 g dried pasta
- 350 g ground beef
- 1 or 2 finely chopped shallot(s)
- 150 g Boursin fresh cheese

Instructions
- Heat 4 liters of water in a large saucepan.When it boils, salt it then immerse the pasta in it and cook it according to the instructions.
- Meanwhile, finely slice the shallots and fry them in a large pan with a little olive oil until translucent.Add the ground beef and brown, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.Add the Boursin and let it melt in the pan.Mix well.
- Drain the pasta then pour it over the creamy beef and Boursin sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!Enjoy your food !
