Do you like Spritz?
Personally, I’m a fan of cocktails! So in general, I really enjoy a glass of good wine but I also like to sip a small cocktail that will surprise me with its flavors and aromas. And so, for the first recipe of the month of December, I suggest you try my version of the Christmas Spritz Cocktail!
We’re sticking with the principle of a spritzer, based on bubbles, but I tried a very pleasant version, and that’s why I’m offering it to you as a primary recipe. I used orange liqueur and champagne.
The result is drier and with sweet Christmas scents, enhanced by the smell of cinnamon stick. I added a little brown rosemary which brings a lot of freshness to the nose and rebalances everything.
