I have always loved world food but for several years I have loved exploring Mediterranean cuisine and especially mezze!
In Grenoble, we have a Lebanese restaurant that serves exceptional mezze and I was inspired by certain recipes to cook at home.
And as I have a nice little collection of recipes that I have been able to test, today, I wanted to offer you my selection of recipes for Lebanese mezze platters which you will enjoy both preparing and eating. !

Don’t hesitate to put together your mezze appetizer platter with several of these recipes, you’ll see, they are all full of different flavors. You can also add some olives and raw vegetables to dip in the various hummus.
For added pleasure, don’t hesitate to prepare some mezzés in advance as they keep very well in the fridge for several days. Only meat-based mezzes will need to be prepared straight away, with the exception of moussaka.
