I’ve been thinking about this for a while and people have been asking me questions, so here is my selection of Easy Healthy Meal Recipe Ideas to prepare at home.
Below you will find recipes full of freshness and flavors, mainly made with good fresh vegetables, everything I love, especially in this season!!
Some of these meals will be complete, others will need to be supplemented, but keep in mind that your plates must, in absolute terms, be composed of:
- half vegetables
- a quarter of protein (animal or vegetable such as mushrooms or legumes or even tofu, seitan, etc.)
- a quarter of starchy foods (pasta or whole-wheat rice, whole-wheat bread, potatoes, etc.)
Above all, treat yourself and add color to your plates for a healthy dish! Use rainbow vegetables and combine them seasonally!

1. Mediterranean Chickpea Salad with Tomato, Cucumber and Feta
This salad is my summer favorite! It’s complete and I love its flavors as well as its pretty colors!
If you have never eaten raw zucchini before, then I invite you to try it! Accompanied by a little lemony vinaigrette sauce, it will be a real treat!
3. Fresh Herb Chicken Meatballs
These chicken meatballs are a real seasonal discovery! I think I’ve made them about ten times in two months… they will be delicious with a little cottage cheese sauce, just underneath. 😉
