In the heart of autumn, I offer you a seasonal selection ofrecipe ideas with Squash, Butternut or Pumpkin.
I love them all and I like to vary them because they have different tastes and textures but they are easy to cook.
If I had to choose one, I would probably take the pumpkin because I really like its little chestnut flavor but a lot because there is no need to peel it (as long as it is organic). In fact, the skin will completely soften when cooked and that, it must be said, is great! This saves time and energy.
The recipes that I present to you below were made with only one type of squash but do not hesitate to change according to your tastes and what you have at home. For my part, I have regularly tried these recipes by swapping the squash and it often works very well.
