You can make this recipe at the last moment, like the famous cocktail, but you can also prepare it in advance and let it infuse one night in the refrigerator to taste it quietly the next day either as an aperitif, or even at the table during the meal, or on a hot afternoon…

Mint and Lime Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 2 organic limes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 20 ice cubes
- 1 liter water
Instructions
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then in a teapot, brew the green tea for 2 minutes.
- Add half of the fresh mint leaves and let steep for 30 minutes.Then remove the bags and place the tea in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Cut limes into small wedges.
- Take out the fresh tea, add the brown sugar, lemon pieces, remaining mint and ice cubes.Serve and enjoy.
If you want to go faster, you can use green tea with mint and let it brew as indicated on the package. Then cool it down with ice cubes and follow the rest of the recipe 😉
