  7. 1 tablespoon of cream of balsamic vinegar
  8. 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  9. 1 handful of raisins blond
  10. 3 sprigs of thyme
  11. 1 teaspoon of Rosemary
  12. Olive oil
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. 1 tablespoon of buckwheat seed (Optional)
  15. 200 g semolina (fine here)
  1. Prepare the tomato sauce.
  2. In 2 tablespoons of olive oil, Gently fry the garlic and the shallots. When they start to Brown well, Deglaze with vinegar and balsamic cream. Add the brown sugar, the grape and herbs. Stir well.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes cut in small from and tomato paste. Salt, pepper. Mix well and simmer to fire soft and uncovered during 20 minutes, stirring time.
  4. Get out of the fire and add the seeds of buckwheat and cornmeal. Mix well.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180 °.
  6. Cut the top off the zucchini and empty inside. Place in an oven dish.
  7. Stuff the zucchini with tomato sauce and cornmeal mixture, cover each of his hat and sprinkle a dash of olive oil.
  8. Place in oven and let bake for 50 minutes.

    Ces courgettes donnent envie ! J’ai justement aussi prévu des courgettes farcies pour ce soir mais pas à la semoule (pfff, mon mari n’aime pas !). Ces photos sont super jolies 😉
